CONSERVATION: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, minimize exposure to air to preserve its quality.

USE IN THE KITCHEN: very versatile. It pairs well with salads, raw or cooked vegetables, fish dishes, and white meats. It is also ideal for drizzling over fresh bread or enhancing Mediterranean dishes.

AGRONOMIC CHARACTERISTICS:
This cultivar adapts well to mild winters. However it
may be sensitive to late frosts; therefore, it is important to carefully select the cultivation
areas. Trees are medium-sized, with fairly vigorous growth and a good ability to adapt to
different types of soil, although they prefer well-drained and fertile soils.
