CULTIVAR ULLIRI I BARDHE I TIRANES

MAIN PLACE OF CULTIVATION: Albania, especially the central region, Tirana.

AROMAS: Medium-light fruitiness with notes of freshly cut grass, sweet almond, green apple, and floral aromas.

FLAVOR: Balanced, with a pronounced initial sweetness. Its peculiarity is a mild bitterness and an almost imperceptible spiciness.

TYPICAL AROMAGRAM:

CONSERVATION: Better if stored into dark bottles, in a cool, dry environment, away from light or heat.

USE IN THE KITCHEN: Ideal raw on salads, fresh cheeses, steamed fish, oiled vegetables, and warm bread. Also excellent in the preparation of desserts and baked products.

AGRONOMIC CHARACTERISTICS:
The cultivar is characterized by moderate vigor and
disease resistance. It remains a rustic variety well adapted to the soil and climate
conditions of the hilly area around Tirana.
