Kanaris Olive Oil Mill is a local olive-pressing facility in the village of Agia Varvara in the Pafos district, serving olive growers and families from the wider area. Every harvest season, producers bring their olives to the mill to be weighed, cleaned and processed, knowing they will receive back fresh, fragrant virgin olive oil that reflects the character of their groves.
