Description

Spyros Myrianthous & Sons Ltd is an olive oil producer and mill based in the Pafos district of Cyprus, with its olive mill registered in the village of Goudi and activity recorded in the wider Polis Chrysochou area. For many years the company has been dedicated to turning the harvest of local olive growers into high-quality olive oil, maintaining a strong link with the rural communities of the region.
The company operates as both producer and supplier, offering extra virgin olive oil as well as related services in production, packaging and promotion for the local and export markets. Its oils are available in a range of packaging formats, from retail bottles to bulk solutions such as flexi tanks for international customers, allowing restaurants, distributors and brand owners to source Cypriot olive oil tailored to their needs. Spyros Myrianthous & Sons Ltd is also the owner of the Eleanthos Royal Olive Oil brand, under which selected oils are marketed, often in collaboration with partners for promotional packs and gift sets.
By combining its own know-how with the experience of local farmers, the company supports the continuity of traditional olive cultivation in the Pafos area while supplying customers in Cyprus and abroad with authentic Cypriot olive oil.

The Anthos Myrianthous olive groves lie around the village of Goudi in the wider Polis–Pafos area, where gentle slopes and river valleys create a mild Mediterranean microclimate. Here, about 1,000 olive trees form a mosaic of plots that have been gradually established and cared for over the years. Dry-stone terraces, old field boundaries and mixed ages of trees give the landscape a traditional character, while careful pruning and renewal ensure that the groves remain productive and healthy.
Planting is based on a blend of Cypriot and Koroneiki varieties. The local Cypriot olives bring deep roots in the island’s heritage and a proven adaptation to dry summers and calcareous soils, producing oils with balanced fruitiness and a characteristic “soft” bitterness. Koroneiki adds higher natural polyphenols, earlier ripening and more intense green, herbaceous aromas. By harvesting and milling the varieties together or in separate plots, the Myrianthous family can create different expressions of Anthos olive oil, from milder everyday oils to more robust, peppery batches.
The groves are managed with respect for the environment and the village landscape: inputs are kept to what is strictly necessary, ground cover is allowed to protect the soil where possible, and irrigation is used in a targeted way. Harvest is an intense but familiar season, with teams moving quickly from grove to grove so that the olives reach the mill in Goudi without delay for cold extraction. In each tin or container of bulk oil, buyers receive not just a product, but the flavour of a specific place and the work of a family rooted in the Pafos countryside.
