Kyriakos Koupparis & Sons Olive Mill is a family olive-pressing business based in the village of Drouseia in the Pafos district of Cyprus, serving producers from the wider Polis Chrysochous area and is listed among Cyprus’ active olive oil bottling and processing enterprises.
At the mill, olives from local groves are transformed into extra virgin olive oil of cold extraction, combining traditional Cypriot know-how with modern technology. The process focuses on careful cleaning, milling and separation of the oil using mechanical means under controlled conditions, to preserve the fresh aroma, taste and nutritional value of the olive fruit.
