Description
Founded in 2018 by Paraskevi Michailidou and Alexios Tsironis, Pmi_mystery is a dynamic, family-run boutique estate. Certified in organic farming, this new generation of producers blends family tradition with continuous agricultural seminar education to craft premium, sustainable extra virgin olive oil.
Production Area
Located in Preveza, Greece, the estate spans 2.1 hectares across Myrsini and Provatostani. It nurtures 270 trees of the premium Koroneiki and historic local Lianolia Prevezas varieties, yielding 1 ton annually.
Harvest and Transport
The entire family participates in the daily harvest. Olives are carefully gathered and transported immediately to the mill in aerated crates to prevent fruit damage and premature oxidation.
Oil Management
The oil is cold-pressed, then stored in premium stainless steel (Inox) tanks inside a dark, climate-controlled underground warehouse to lock in fresh aromas and nutrients.
