AROMAS: Intense and fruity scents, with notes of fresh fruit, such as apple and tomato. Gentle hints of grass and almond are present as well.

FLAVOR: The flavor is harmonious, with a good balance between bitterness and spiciness. The mouthfeel is fruity, with a slightly herbaceous aftertaste and a hint of almond, making it pleasant and versatile.

CONSERVATION: Better if stored into dark bottles, in a cool, dry environment, away from light or heat.

as careful irrigation management. This variety adapts well to different climatic conditions,
